What is Cyber bullying?
Cyber bullying is when you get harrassed, tormented, or bullied over electronics. This can happen over a text, an e-mail, even an IM. Anything mean that is sent on an electronic device counts as cyber bullying. You can be a cyber bully and not even know it!! Some people even set up web pages to make fun of some one. The thing about cyber bullying is you can't escape it.
